Southern Tiwa Lands
So-called Albuquerque's Rad Pride is happening on unceeded Southern Tiwa Territories. These lands, and other lands globally, are occupied by centuries-long colonial projects which we all must reject for our collective Liberation. There is no Queer liberation without Indigenous liberation. This is why we are uncompromising in our call for Land Back, and our spaces will be opened with a blessing from our Southern Tiwa comrades and Decolonial education.
Park Layout
Morningside park is between Lead Avenue and Central, alongside Morningside Drive SE. Street parking is available on Morningside Drive. The Central/Solano ART stop is 2 blocks northwest of the park.
Performers
Saturday evening, seven local drag performers will take to the stage for a show of radical queer joy! The show is free, but please bring tips to support our drag royalty!
